Adamson Skelly vs ROA – We Are All Essential
With mandates lifted in almost all of Ontario, it is of the UTMOST IMPORTANCE that we do not let our guard down. The UNCHALLENGED Reopening Ontario Act unfortunately still lingers in the background. Lockdowns and masks are 100% coming back, guys.
Our only hope in decimating the R.O.A. is the Adamsons BBQ case.
In November 2020, Adam defied lockdowns that were killing his business (while Costco thrived just down the road from his restaurant selling hotdogs with absolutely ZERO regard for provincial mandates). He threw open his doors and welcomed the public to a BBQ Rebellion. He was unjustly arrested and nationwide media coverage of Adam ensued; and he quickly became the “example” of a government flexing its tyrannical muscle.
This case is the most aggressive and comprehensive challenge of the lockdowns and illegal mandates ANYWHERE in North America and, as far as we know, the entire world. When the evidence is finally heard and we have won – it will set precedent for other countries around the world! Just like the Truck Convoy, this legal challenge is also Canadian history in the making!!
It’s easy to see why the Gov’t has tried to delay, dismiss, and even disappear this case! We have the best witnesses assembled in the world.. and the gloves are off! The Gov’t will be shown NO MERCY.
WE WERE JUST IN COURT LAST WEEK! After months of fundraising and squaring up legal bills, The Adamsons BBQ case was finally in Civil Practice Court on August 16th. We were told we needed more funds to proceed (we already anticipated that); but we were given a hearing date in April of 2023 (a short 8 months away)!
MORE NEWS: Get ready to see Adam Skelly back in the media!! On the urgent advice of our group, he is eager to take his fight to the public again. This will help immensely with garnering public funding from all over Ontario as we move through the upper courts. Don’t be surprised when the government appeals. We are ready when they are. Our world renowned experts are anxious to ram new evidence (from the last 2 years) down their dirty throats proving that this pandemic is STILL fraudulent!
So in honor of Adam’s BBQ Rebellion, and our blood sweat and tears to help him get back into court, let’s celebrate together Saturday, September 10th! This could be our last party before we have to fight another lockdown..
